The PETZL Rig Descender is a compact descender designed for experienced rope access technicians and technical rescue users. It provides controlled descent, efficient positioning and practical rope handling for professionals who work on rope every day.

The PETZL Rig Descender features an ergonomic handle for precise descent control and an AUTO-LOCK system that allows the user to position themselves without tying off the device. The moving side plate can be opened while the device remains connected to the harness, making rope installation and passing intermediate anchors more efficient.
