Petzl ASAP’SORBER

The Petzl ASAP’SORBER is a compact energy absorber designed exclusively for use with the Petzl ASAP and ASAP LOCK mobile fall arresters. It creates additional distance between the user and the safety rope while helping limit the impact force transmitted during a fall through progressive tearing of the internal webbing.

Available in 20 cm and 40 cm lengths, the two variants provide different advantages depending on the work environment. The 20 cm version helps minimise potential fall distance, while the 40 cm version provides greater separation from the rope to free up working space. Both versions are designed for single-person use up to 140 kg.
