The SKYLOTEC Milan 2.0 Power Rescue Kit is a controlled rate descending device used for rescue at height. Using a centrifugally controlled reinforced brake the device maintains a constant speed during the entire descent. The rope has connectors at both ends to enable it to be used in a yo-yo fashion. This means that as soon as the first evacuees are on the ground, further evacuees can attach themselves and escape without having to reset the device. The SKYLOTEC Milan Power Rescue Kit also enables a casualty to be lifted a short distance (say too detach their lanyard from an anchor) before lowering them safely to the ground. The power adaptor allows a hand drill to be attached to assist in raising a casualty. This is a versatile height rescue kit that can be used to perform a rescue in a number of configurations. Used in telecommunications, wind energy, electrical utilities and anywhere requiring the recovery of a fallen worker.
