The Kong Ovalone ANSI is a high strength steel carabiner with ANSI certification giving the carabiner enhanced features. The symmetrical shape reduces the tendency for the carabiner to shift under load. This makes it suitable for use with pulleys, rope grabs or other uses where even loading is desirable. The 20 mm gate opening and rating of 40kN makes it ideal for heavy-duty applications and for connection to structural anchors and lifelines.
