The FERNO Traverse Gazelle Basket Stretcher is an intro level rescue stretcher. The top and lower rails are made using a 19 mm steel tube and the durathene netting allows water and air to easily pass through the patient compartment. When used in conjunction with a lifting bridle it can be used in a raise/lower operation. Its frame geometry, construction and materials give the basket high strength for its weight.
