Not much needs saying about this product - it has a massive reputation amongst rock climbers and it's from the company that literally invented kernmantle ropes to begin with.
In true Germanic fashion Edelrid are perfectionists, you see it in the specs, test results, quality of the braid in the sheath and so on, and this is just typical of their standard.
I use 7-8mm to extend belays and build anchors, and it's totally bomber for both tasks. Building a quad anchor with it is overkill in every way imo, but it's affordable, so why not!?
I use the 5-6mm for prusiks/third hands (on ~9-10mm ropes) and 4-5mm just for general usage around campsites etc.
Only mad I don't have a habit of ordering 10x more than I immediately need... As It never goes astray.
Great stuff.
