The PETZL Pixa 1 is an intrinsically safe head torch designed for work on tasks close at hand. It is water resistant and my be used in environments where an explosive mix has a small chance of forming and would exist only for a short period. The Pixa 1 automatically switches to reserve power mode when batteries are low to lengthen working life. Depending on the need, it may be worn on the head, mounted on the helmet, or placed on the ground.
